Resolving Tickets

  • Resolve tickets yourself or distribute tickets to the correct actors within Mendix.

  • Thoroughly understand our customers value drivers, measure them, and tirelessly work to achieve them.

Knowledge and Development

  • Be eager to learn more and improve Mendix’s products, processes, your team, and yourself.

  • Keep your knowledge of the Mendix platform up to date.

  • Share knowledge within R&D, Mendix, and with customers, e.g. via the Forum, documentation in the knowledge base, and so on.


  • Able to meet and exceed customer expectations while cultivating relationships that secure commitment and trust. Places a high priority on customer’s perspective when making decisions and acting; implementing service practices that meet the customers’ and own organization’s needs.

  • Experience in a customer facing role, interacting with end users via email, phone, and CRM system.

  • Experience with traditional application design and deployment. Low code experience is a bonus.

  • Has laser focus on quality and the success of our customer, ability to push back properly according to our policies.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work cooperatively with others to help a team or work group achieve its goals.

  • Can communicate effectively using the right channels with customers and colleagues in timely manner.  Also includes being clear and concise in both oral and written communication.

  • Experience with Cloud deployments and infrastructure troubleshooting

  • Can maintain high levels of activity or productivity, operating with enthusiasm, effectiveness, and determination over an extended period. Makes someone else feel energetic, excited, eager, and engaged.

  • BS or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant course of study.
