Siemens Digital Industries Software, a global leader in innovative solutions for product design, simulation, and manufacturing, seeks a Senior Sales Account Orchestrator for specific industries within the Singapore and Malaysia markets. This strategic role involves promoting our comprehensive Digital Industries (DI) portfolio, including Automation Engineering solutions and Industrial Software.
Drive Strategic Business : Implement a holistic portfolio approach to drive value-based sales within Named Accounts across Digital Industries.
Portfolio Leverage : Utilize the full DI & DISW portfolios to strategically position Siemens Digital Enterprise modules for senior business leaders.
Partnership Development : Recruit and collaborate with partners to deliver joint solutions.
Account Planning : Develop account plans, go-to-market strategies, and marketing tactics to achieve account goals.
Team Collaboration : Foster cross-functional team cohesion and unity, acting as a key point of contact for account and stakeholder knowledge and activity.
Revenue Generation : Generate Industrial Automation, SaaS, and Hybrid SaaS revenue opportunities to meet sales targets.
Multi-Channel Strategy : Create well-considered multi-channel sales strategies documented through account and opportunity plans aligned with Siemens DI & DISW Account Lead.
Coordination : Effectively coordinate multi-disciplined, matrix teams to execute plans within each account and prospect, involving internal DI & DISW resources and partners.
Market Understanding : Understand market challenges, map key decision makers, and tailor value positioning.
Knowledge Sharing : Actively participate in sharing knowledge around customers, solutions, and industry internally within Country or Vertical Sales organization.
Location: Candidatemust be based in Singapore or Penang or Kuala Lumpur (No relocation assistancewill be provided).
Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Sales.
Experience : Minimum 10+ years in selling Industrial Automation and Manufacturing Software SaaS solutions, with a strong IT/OT technology background.
Language Skills : Excellent command of English (spoken/written), proficiency in other ASEAN languages is advantageous.
C-Suite Experience : Proven C-suite experience with excellent industrial connections and presentation skills.
Industry Experience : Preferably experienced in industry verticals such as F&B and Machinery in Singapore & Malaysia markets.
Skills : Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, conflict management, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving skills, strong business and commercial acumen.
Software Proficiency : A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to ensure effective communication and documentation. Additionally, strong skills in BI or analytical tools for advanced business analysis are preferred.
