Position Summary:

As part of the Siemens team, we are looking for Engineering candidates who have an interest in Industry 4.0, digitalization, manufacturing, digital twins, artificial intelligence, etc. The successful candidate will be part of the business development team and will have the responsibility to support the organization in the joint development of initiatives and strategies to further position Siemens digitalization solutions as leaders in the market.

As part of Mexico’s business development organization, the Portfolio Development Trainee must drive the pilots and cases creation of assigned product domains to accelerate the portfolio positioning.

What are the Requirements?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)

• Early Graduated or at Least 1-year Experience

• Advanced English level skills

• Written and presentation development skills

• Ability to align with mid/upper-level management and technical users

• Collaborate and drive results with diverse teams across multiple internal and external organizations

• Travel required

Working Conditions:

• Fixed -Term Contract for 18 Months

• Hybrid model – Mexico City Office
