We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to support our initiatives around building a world-class experience from onboarding throughout the employee’s journey at Mendix. You will be joining an experienced global team who work in a collaborative environment and are driven by their own success and the success of the business.
Responsibilities
You will support our team in international projects around employee experience, such as on-/ offboarding, people development and the alignment of sustainable HR work. That also includes collaboration with our various internal stakeholders and teams to drive cross-functional topics around employee experience
Having passion for creative working, you take on the creation of training materials and documentation that are a feast for the eyes
You will create evaluations and presentations for management as well as reliably prepare for and follow up on internal events and meetings. With enough room for new ideas, you will also be involved in developing new initiatives, strategies and solutions to strengthen employee satisfaction and retention
Requirements
You are an enrolled student in a degree program preferably with a business administration orientation (BWL) or a focus on business psychology or people science
You love taking initiative, have passion for creative working and enjoy taking on responsibility
Ideally, you already have initial experience in the design of digital media and with digital tools such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
You possess good MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel) and are business fluent in English (written and spoken)
