Job Summary:

This Product Owner role for an Educational Cloud Product is crucial in shaping the future of education by delivering innovative and effective cloud-based solutions to meet the evolving needs of educators and learners. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the product's success and ensuring it remains competitive in the educational technology market.

As a Product Owner for our Educational Cloud Product, you will be responsible for leading the development and improvement of our cloud-based educational solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of a product that meets the needs of our educational users. This role requires a deep understanding of educational technology, cloud-based products, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

We are looking for the one who would develop and maintain a clear and strategic product vision and strategy for the product. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business goals!

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

User-Centric Design:

We are in need of someone who understands the needs and difficulties of educators, students, and administrators in the educational sector and Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences!

Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on product designs.

Agile Development Leadership:

We are searching for the candidate who would act as the product owner within an Agile development framework (e.g., Scrum or Kanban). Write and prioritize user stories, manage the product backlog, and ensure sprint goals are met.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

The candidate should collaborate with engineering, QA, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product goals. Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Market Analysis and Competitor Research:

Stay informed about educational technology trends and competitor products. Identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvements.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

Define acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure product quality and Participate in testing activities to validate that the product meets requirements.

Product Launch and Adoption:

Monitor product adoption and capture feedback post-launch for continuous improvement.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure the product adheres to relevant data privacy and security regulations in the education sector.

Customer Support and Feedback:

Incorporate customer feedback into product planning and improvements.

Qualifications:

We seek someone with Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Education Technology) and Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the educational technology sector.

• We are in search of one having Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills along with Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
