Siemens Digital Industries Software Senior HR Generalist in South Korea
Essential Functions and Roles:
Provide HR partnership for company and work closely with leaders and employee in the implementation of HR policy
Manage compensation program including incentive, payroll (having outsourcing vendor), and benefit programs.
Manage and resolve moderate employee relations issues.
Partner with recruiting and Learning & Development functions to assist managers in identifying and meeting their talent needs
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 8 years of HR experience (must have C&B experienceVery detailed oriented
Very detailed oriented
Fluent English writing & speaking
Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external peers.
Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups of people and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity.
Approaches challenges with an open-mind and is willing to try new things.
